Spark by Hilton Albuquerque North I-25

The parking spots were narrow and the shower didn’t have enough pressure to make us feel we were showering. But they have a large indoor pool and the place was quiet.

The condition of the property was a bit drab. It certainly is not what we were accustomed to with Hilton properties. There was a problem with the toilet early in the morning and the front desk gave me a plunger. I had to be a plumber for a little while, and we had water all over the floor in the bathroom. We will probably not stay at this facility again.

Roads in and out under construction April 2026. Probably several more months. Watch your lane. You may be looping 20 miles out of your way. Shower rod installed by grade schoolers. For a place so modern and new they skimped on the shower rods. Falling down. Weird. Someone tell maintenance man how to find sufficient support in wall.

GREAT little hotel!!! Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Typical hotel water pressure, but wonderfully deep bathtubs. Amazing staff (especially Barbara). Would have liked to have a microwave in the room, but the mini fridge came in handy. Great balcony. Overall... worth every penny and WILL stay again.

There was no hot breakfast available. Only cereal, oatmeal, or toast/bagel. Disappointed.

Clean, Comfortable & Convenient — But a Few Shortcomings Overall a decent stay at the Hilton Spark in Albuquerque. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. That said, a couple of things stood out as disappointments. The breakfast options felt pretty lacking compared to what you’d expect for the price point — other hotels in this range offer noticeably more. The bigger head-scratcher was the TV situation. The suite has two TVs, which sounds great — until you realize there’s no access to local channels whatsoever. You’re limited to your own streaming service logins, which begs the question: what’s the point of having two TVs in the room? Many guests travel specifically to catch local news or sports, and this setup just doesn’t deliver on that. Would consider staying again for the comfort and location, but the hotel could do better on the amenities side.

Parkn was smwht ok, but your front desk was the most terrible greeting that I ever encountered. The old lady & the other person behind the counter did not greet me or my family at all. Then I told the old lady there that "I had reservation for 3 rooms She said "I don't see your name & I only see reservations for 1 of the people u mentioned. I told her that "I was had set the up the rms that I had made in advance The breakfast was over-rated. I was expecting breakfast items. All there was bagels,cereal, and fruits. I was expecting at least sausages, eggs, hash browns and possibly toast (wheat or white). None was available. Only closest to that was Bagels and I am not a fan of those.@ all. There's a lot more, but from my experience w/ your hotel, I'm pretty sure I will not ever stay at your hotel again.

This hotel hit all of the important points for me: rooms are huge, beds comfortable, air conditioning worked well, area is quiet and they had high-quality treadmills. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice but the front desk lady was so so rude the whole time!! & every hotel we’ve ever stayed at that has a “suite” which has the sofa bed always comes with the pillow & blankets- when we got there it didn’t have any & when we asked she’s like “well those are upon request, hold on I’ll take em to you right now”. Also, TVs in the room didn’t work & when we asked for help she said she couldn’t she just handed us a different remote. So we weren’t able to watch TV. Staff needs to do better. Why work somewhere where you don’t like interacting with people.
