Best Western Plus Rio Grande Inn

Overall, I was quite satisfied. Facilities, maintenance, and staff friendliness were all great. The only downsides were the location. It was located next to a road with an overpass, so it was a bit noisy and the surroundings felt somewhat chaotic. That said, considering the room condition at this price, I believe it offers strong value for money.

Wish the breakfast burrito was bigger

I really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

We moved to this hotel after changing from the Econo Lodge Old town. Very glad we made this change. Big difference! Large and spacious room. We felt it was a safe area. Laundry room available. Fresh water, Coffe machine, tea and hot chocolate close to the recpetion. Thank you

We like to stay at the Best Western Rio Grande because it is easily accessible, close to Old Towne, it is clean, the grounds are well kept, the staff is great and there’s a restaurant that offers a selection for a free breakfast instead of corn flakes and a waffle. We had our small service dog with us and they were very accommodating.

Nice hotel with easy access from the interstate. Rooms were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. Pet area need some work...

Good room with AC and basic amenities. Conveniently located a short walk from Albuquerque old Town with lots of shopping and dining options A bar and restaurant on site if you don’t fancy going out for anything

If you want included breakfast you need to be a Best Western Rewards member... If you aren't, you either need to sign up or pay. Signing up is free but still weird for a breakfast advertised as free..

While visiting Albuquerque we wanted to stay in Old Town area and per reviews decided on this property. Beautiful, clean grounds upon arrival. Friendly professional check in. Room extremely clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast very good and service even better than the food. Get the picture, do not hesitate booking this property. Very glad we did!
