Hyatt Place Albuquerque Uptown

We have stayed here multiple times and I will continue to book when we are in town. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, safe neighborhood, and good quality breakfast.

Great location. Safe area. Nearby shopping and restaurants (right across the street). Room was very clean. We had a problem with the air conditioning not working. Front desk immediately had maintenance come to our room. He couldn’t fix it right away so they promptly moved us to a new room down the hall. Staff was fantastic! Breakfast was standard, but fresh and delicious.

Very clean, quiet rooms. Staff very courteous and helpful. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good with a nice variety of items. Well lit parking. Only suggestion is since it is a pet friendly hotel to have a better area for pets to relieve themselves. Area of synthetic lawn maybe? You basically have to have your dog use the median areas around the parking lot that are made of crushed rock landscaping material.

This hotel is in a great location, especially if you do not have a vehicle. It is within walking distance to plenty of shopping and places to eat. We walked around at night coming back from restaurants and to get gelato nearby and felt very safe. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the free breakfast had plenty of options and was replenished often. Every staff member that we encountered was extremely friendly, especially Oliviere, our front desk clerk who checked us in and all the employees who worked the breakfast buffet. Since it was March and the pool is not heated, we were unable to swim. However since it was a warm, sunny day, they still let us use the lounge chairs in the pool area to sun bathe. If I ever come back to Albuquerque, I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was exceptional. We were in town for a funeral and didn’t need any stress. The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Always smiling and genuinely cared about us and our stay. The breakfast was great as were our rooms. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

The room was well cleaned nice an cool sadly the pool was closed but all an all it was a great experience will definitely stay again

When we got there only one persons to help and there was afew people so it took awhile to get checked in and then we were told the elevator was not work and we could go somewhere else if we liked but after a 3 hour drive and it was getting late what could we do but climb up 6 floors and ruined are night

We are a family of 5 that does road trips and we stay at Hyatt Places because they are usually good bang for your buck. I would say the Hyatt Place in Uptown is on the lower end of our experiences. The elevators were broken, the a/c in our room didn’t work. The pool was closed even though it was 85 degrees out…friendly staff but that’s about all.

We checked out prior to breakfast hours. Carter was very kind and went above and beyond to get us a to-go breakfast.
