We stayed in room 303 and it has noises like knocking on the wall/roof during the night and in the morning. The mattress was not as good as room 204 we stayed a week ago.

Great room, very clean, bed was very comfortable. Great experience. World stay here again.

Great breakfast and lots of restaurants nearby. Just a few steps away from the Botanic gardens too.

Spent only one night at this hotel. Had pleasant stay. Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Not many charging stations available for EV. But plenty of Tesla supercharger stations available just across the street. Location is good.

Stayed two nights for a business trip. Free parking was convenient. Breakfast was just okay. Room: Cleanliness: So-so, quite a bit of dust. Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, and one lamp wasn't working. Environment: The surrounding old town area has good transportation access. Service: Check-in was done via a self-service machine.

The front desk staff upgraded our room for free, and they were very friendly! The room wasn't luxurious, but it was perfectly fine, neat, and clean!

Considering the price I would expect the rooms to have Netflix or foxtel & nowhere in the room was the wifi password. Had to call reception to ask.

The room was clean and tidy, exceeding my expectations. They even added an extra bed for us. The service was also excellent. Very satisfied, and I'd stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is very convenient and the environment is nice.

The service is average . Check in/out is straightforward, although the auto checkout didn't seem to work. We arrived late (8:00PM ) , had to walk to the town to have dinner as the hotel restaurant closed. As to the facility - the beds are a bit too soft and extra third sofa bed simply not usable. There is a swimming pool, but closed at 10:00 - my kids was lucky enough to play there for 10 minutes. Saying that , the location is good - close to the town center, and importantly , next to Tesla super charger ( with 16+ plugs !).

Conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and bars, this is a great little hotel. The rooms are quite comfortable, the service is very good and the hotel restaurant is quite good. I would definitely recommend.
