I never been before and as soon as park and see there were Electric charging point my expectations went up. Really was a lovely place with clean and tidy rooms a little bigger than standard Ibis red in Spain. Staff was friendly and provide all service quite fast. For sure will come back

This hotel is located in one of the best areas in Madrid. There is so much to do and see in this area alone. Downtown is a half hour walk away from the city centre. Across the street there are several restaurants that serve North American food in case you are craving a taste from home.

I don't think I would go back or recommend this place to many people. The only target audience for this place should be smokers. I had already seen reciews about a cigarette smell in the rooms, however I was hoping this was an isolated incident. Unfortunately, upon my arrival it became pretty evident my room was one of the unlucky cigarette smelling rooms. I did complain with the staff an I was informed they would use an ozone machine to get rid off the smell, but for that I had to leave the room... something not that simple when the hotel does not have a safe and you are traveling with valuables. During my stay I also encountered another guest complaining about the same issue. AC did not seem to work either.
The staff on the other hand were polite. It felt like they were trying to work with what they had. The restaurant service was very accommodating and brakfast was simple but covered all the basics.
