We had a family event and I chose it because of the location close to my mother's house. We arrived at 12 noon and they already had the room ready, very kind and pleasant. Some things to improve are the pillowcases that had some stains and the shower holder that was broken and if you moved it a little the shower head fell 😅.

Lo mejor la ubicación para pasear, cerca del centro, supermercados, lo regular el aparcamiento, la atención y lo malo la limpieza, baño sucio y habitación sin barrer y el desayuno.  Solicitamos una cama doble y nos informaron que de las “económicas” no tenían. También informamos la limpieza y quedaron en enviar al siguiente día para limpiar, lo cual no fue así. Con referente al desayuno es en un bar cercano que solo incluye jugo naranja, café (no chocolate es más caro 😳) y tostada con mantequilla/ tomate o cruasán solo. En resumen, no es un lugar para nosotros. Gracias.

El personal de recepción excelente, profesionales y simpáticos. La limpieza mucho que desear, que sea un hotel económico no quiere decir que tenga que estar sucio! Solo por eso no volvería a reservar este sitio.

Small hotel located in the heart of Alcalá de Henares where access for people with reduced mobility is very difficult, since they do not have a ramp to access it. I stayed in a room on the second floor, the room was very small in size but had everything necessary. The negative is that to access the balcony or the second bed you have to go sideways since the space between the wall and the end of the bed is very, very narrow. Also, a negative aspect is the size of the bed, due to my height (1.70) when I lay down on the bed my feet and part of my legs were hanging. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a paper posted at the reception notifying guests that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that for this reason, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. construction work would be underway when the renovations, noises, and machines began to work. at 09:25 in the morning. The sink has a dispenser with hand soap as well as the shower and also has towels. If I visited Alcalá again, I don't know if I would return to the same hotel, since I couldn't rest well due to the length of the bed.

Es una pensión y no un hotel. Huele a tabaco y está sucio. La limpieza no existe, encontre papeles de lis anteriores inquilinos e incluso algunas monedas. Almohadas y cojines simplemente repugnantes y sucios. Una de las parejas que venían con nosotros lo dejaron la primera noche.
