We had a wheel chair assessable room for a young member of my family. I have say it was first class and well thought out. Ground floor close to all facilities. Easy access shower and toilet. Recently refurbished and well maintained. There is a chair lift into the main pool. Sadly no exclusive shaded area or beds for those who are less able to use the regular beds. Easy access toilet near pool was useful. The bun fight to get sun beds is beyond a joke in high season. On the beach the local authority have provided wheel chair access, a floating chair to get into the sea and hoist, easy access toilet, shaded area and raised sun beds. Sadly some of the foot paths on the local streets where a challenge. The beach side promenade was easy to negotiate. Wheelchair Access into most local restaurants was fine with most providing accessable toilet. The whole of Alcudia is flat, so no battling with hills and steep slopes.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! First, cons: -The hotel is dated and some room facilities were a bit temperamental but the room was always cleaned daily. -The corridors are echoey but I think you’ll find this anywhere, did it bother us? No not really, it wasn’t bad enough to put me off coming back - I can see how the food could get repetitive if you were staying for longer than a week but that’s all inclusive. We stayed for a week so was fine for us Pros -The location was spot on, the beach was just behind the hotel. There is like a clear screen running along the back so you can see the beach when your still in the hotel and it is very secure, there is a door which can only be opened with a hotel key card so you don’t get any randoms coming into the hotel grounds. Took about 30-40 min walk along the beach to the main town -The food was really good for all inclusive and there was always a good variety. There was something for everyone and we travelled with 2 small children and someone with coeliacs and they were all catered for really well. -The pool areas were clean and not too busy. We weren’t bothered with reserving sun beds and always managed to find somewhere -We loved the area at the back of the hotel away from the pool which was astroturfed and plenty of sun beds. The kids loved running around there and it was a really good retreat if the pool area got busy. It was also really well shaded Overall we would love to come back to this hotel, the small little faults it has doesn’t outweigh the positives at all

The activities are fun for children and adults. The Pools are great. The staff is super friendly. The location couldn't be beter. Alcudia is amazing. The rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner are good. Only missed some fresh orange juice at breakfast. 1 minor point is that a water boiler and a micro wave would be usefull in the room when you booked only half board or breakfast.

We had a fab holiday with family and friends. The hotel was great, the variety of meals (all inc) was amazing and loved the facilities. We had a great time. I was nervous after reading a small number of niggly reviews but honeslty, we had no issues whatsoever. The resort is well maintained, clean, relaxing and a buzz of excitement. All the staff we met were so helpful and welcoming. If you are booked to go, you will have a wonderful time!

My partner and I stayed here with our daughters (7 & 2) in June 2023 for a week all inclusive with a garden view one bed apartment. We absolutely loved it! The hotel was clean and easy to navigate around with a choice of pools and extremely close to the beach. You can also reserve sunbeds on the beach by scanning a QR code on the umbrella and paying online. The food was really good for all inclusive with a good selection for children and options were quickly replenished. There is also a food truck which served snacks at lunchtime. Entertainment was excellent and the animation team were welcoming and great with our girls. There’s a kids club which we didn’t use but when speaking to our families who used it they said their kids really enjoyed it. Unlike other hotels there isn’t too much of a fight for sunbeds, but if you don’t get done down by 9am then you’re lying on the grassy verge 🤣. The toddler pool with slides was so fun for the girls, although the water really heats up in there! Now the bad points…. There aren’t too many in all honesty but I need to mention the rooms. They are quite dated and the beds in the living room gave my husband and I PTSD 🤣, really so uncomfortable. The only other thing is the mosquitoes which has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel but remember insect repellent for the evening if you go! Overall, the hotel is great. Great location, helpful staff, good food and fun entertainment. We’d definitely go back there 100%.

Great staff, good food and facilities made up for the slightly tired look of the hotel. Lovely if crowded beach, easy 20 minute walk to lots of restaurants in town, right next to bus stop for direct transfer to palma airport (1 hr). Great budget option for families.

What a place!! We had the best time, they really do think of everything towels, toiletries nothing is a problem. All the staff are friendly and happy to help. The hotel was very clean. The Entertainment was brilliant the food was amazing!!! The pools were lovely and the beach is stunning. Our young boys felt so safe and loved the independence of getting their own food and drinks. I would highly recommend this hotel and if we came back to Alcudia would definitely stay here. Thank you to everyone!!

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful, good clean rooms. We changed rooms due to being next to the main road and found the noise too much at times. The staff were great and moved us further into the resort on a ground floor with pool view which was much better. The food was fantastic and had a wide range of mains and desserts to choose from. My wife can't have lactose and after eating fruit and jelly for a few days was a bit bored of it so I asked if they had any lactose free desserts to which the staff said "no not usually" but did offer to fetch some vegan cakes to prepare for her if she wanted. The entertainment each night was usually bingo/quiz followed by some great bands or singers performing songs from pop to hard rock and even an 80's night which seemed to go down well. The beech is stunning very well kept and had a pick up point for boat trips around the island which is recommended.
