the sofa in our room was noticeably dirty and did not meet the standard of cleanliness I would expect from the hotel. Second, the hotel parking facilities were clearly insufficient for the number of guests. Finding a parking space was difficult and caused unnecessary inconvenience throughout our stay. In addition, the golf cart pick-up service that was advertised and expected at check-in was not provided. We had chosen the hotel with the understanding that this service would be available, but no pick-up assistance was offered. After a long day of travelling, having to drive around the hotel repeatedly searching for an available parking space while already exhausted was particularly frustrating and significantly detracted from our overall experience.

My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with a comfortable desk space and fast, reliable Wi-Fi – essential for any working traveler. The ambiance was quiet and calming, perfect for focused work sessions between meetings or calls. Meeting & Work Spaces: Although I didn’t host formal meetings, the resort offers excellent quiet zones and informal seating areas where I could take video calls and work without distraction. The staff was also more than accommodating in helping me find suitable spots to work comfortably. Dining & Service: The buffet and à la carte dining options were impressive, offering healthy and diverse choices to keep me energized throughout the day. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Critical Stay – Disappointed by Security and Service We stayed as a family for five nights at the Port Blue Resort and Spa. During breakfast, €300 was stolen from our room, including money from a child's backpack. The door was undamaged, and room service was on duty at the same time. Our report to the Guest Relations Manager was dismissed with platitudes ("Our staff is trustworthy," "Valuables belong in the safe"). No sympathy, no help – customer service was not solution-oriented. We reported the theft to the police and later discovered that other guests had similar experiences. On the positive side, the friendly and dedicated service staff in the dining room deserves special mention. However, the buffet atmosphere was hectic and crowded, and the vegetarian food was monotonous. The only usable family pool was murky and questionable in terms of hygiene. Conclusion: A stay with significant weaknesses in terms of security, service, and quality. We cannot currently recommend the hotel.

If you are traveling by yourself, the hotel facilities are OK, but it is inconvenient without a car. You must have a car to be convenient. The resort-style hotel has sauna, gym and restaurant.
