I recently tried to book 10 rooms at this hotel for a group adventure. At the time, the price listed on their website (see attached image) was €72.67 per room per night. However, the website wouldn’t allow me to reserve all 10 rooms, so I reached out to the hotel directly. Unfortunately, I received no response. After 48 hours, I followed up, and suddenly the rate had jumped to €130.05 per room per night—a staggering 80% increase! Naturally, I asked for an explanation, assuming it might be a mistake or that they would honor the original price I had seen. Instead, I received a brief and rather abrupt reply from the hotel manager: "Good morning, When we answer to you the price on the weeb was the one a gave to you You must known that prices change daly depending occupancy The price is 135.05." (Yes, that's the exact wording.) In my opinion, this experience felt disappointing at best—and potentially exploitative, especially towards group bookings that would bring considerable business. Just a heads-up to fellow travelers: be cautious and perhaps confirm everything early on in writing. The good news is, I’ve since found a much nicer hotel with better rates and far more professional communication!
