Greeted very well. Parking good but not many disabled bays. Due to disability needing wet room we were put in annexe. Opening door to annexe no sign to say door opens out, not good start. Room neat tidy and clean. Wet room very good with lots of rails. First night could hear thd refrigerator lorries waiting to be unloaded by Tesco. BREAKFAST. On arrival told what table to sit at. Hot food was cold. Informed staff who said I don't have a heat probe and would get more food cooked, but left cold food still out for other people. No replacement brought to table, my husband had to get up and join the queue again. Bacon was still cold. We complained to reception who refunded our breakfast, we said we would not go again the following morning. Our room was not made up or towels changed even though we put sign out. You have to go over to reception to ask for this to be done. Saturday afternoon new guests arrive and allow children to jump off beds, sounded like they are coming through the ceiling. No phone in room so have to walk back over to reception to complain. On leaving on Sunday went to reception to make sure refund was done, had only done for one night not two, oll sorted now. Being disabled not good having to keep going over to reception to do things, to sort things out. Positive. Beds were comfortable. Have reported to food standard agency.
