The welcome was not the friendliest one and, as soon as we get into our room, we realised it was sometimes that a hoover has been used in there: for this reason, we started to look around and found dust everywhere, a cobweb by the window, a nut on the carpet behind an electric heater and a hair in the bed. At this point we called the lady who checked us in and she offered us to move to another room, while trying to justify the lack of cleaning saying that the 'girl' might sometimes miss some details and that the room was not used in the previous 2 days!!! The new room was a little bit better, but still a lot of dust was in the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible as well, with overcooked fried eggs and hashbrowns. I had to ask for the bread plate and knife, for water, between the apologies of the 'girl': she's keeping missing details! No sign of the lady (owner?) at check out, making sure she keep herself away to avoid any requests for refund!
