The hotel was impeccably clean in every corner. The water temperature in the bathroom was consistently stable, and the Wi-Fi connected instantly, making for a worry-free and comfortable stay – I absolutely loved it. The room had great natural light and a neat layout that didn't feel cramped. The service was perfectly balanced, not overly enthusiastic, yet always made you feel well taken care of. It offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Room was satisfactory. Cleanliness was great. Service was warm and friendly. Parking was convenient. Breakfast was good.

I booked a suite, and one of the rooms had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was stuffy with no windows. Upon entering, there were two single beds in the other room, which had AC but also no windows, making it feel very enclosed and depressing. At check-in, the front desk also asked for a deposit, saying it would be refunded at check-out. For breakfast, the staff said to eat as much as we liked, but when the eggs ran out on the buffet, they weren't refilled promptly. It felt like they were afraid guests would eat too much. If that's the case, they shouldn't say "eat all you want"; I'd be fine with a limit of one egg per person.

I booked this hotel for both my first and last day. It's close to the train station, and a taxi ride is 24 yuan on the meter. The environment is also quite good and relatively new. However, we had to leave at 7:40 AM on our second day, and breakfast didn't start until past 8 AM. We asked if we could get something a bit earlier, and the front desk said it might not be ready, and to check tomorrow. The next morning, only baursaks and some dishes were ready. Because we took some of the dishes, the staff member seemed quite unhappy. Later, when we asked for disposable chopsticks, she just flat-out said no. Everything else was fine, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement. They should consider guests who need to leave early, even if it's just an egg, milk, or some pickles. It felt like we were begging for food. If we hadn't left our luggage here, I absolutely would not have booked this place for the last day.
