Aletai Garden Villas Designer Resort Hotel (Jiangjun Mountain Ski Resort Branch)

Facilities: The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. A special shout-out to the bathroom window, which provides excellent ventilation. The sound system is great, and the large projector TV was perfect for watching the Winter Olympics live. I love that the indoor windows open wide for fantastic ventilation. Especially in Altay where the indoor heating is excellent – it’s perfect for airing out the room after getting dressed in the morning before heading out. Cleanliness: Daily cleaning, absolutely spotless! Environment: The B&B is located in a villa area, great for walks. I heard the scenery is stunning in summer, I'd love to stay here again then. The interior decoration of the B&B is cozy and comfortable, truly befitting a designer B&B. Coffee and red date tea are available all day, a thoughtful touch. Service: The service is impeccable. Although there's no elevator, the hotel arranges for staff to help carry luggage to your room. No need to worry about large suitcases or ski bags not making it upstairs. The hotel provides complimentary fruit and milk in the evening – a level of service many star-rated hotels don't even offer. While it's not a ski-in/ski-out hotel, there’s a dedicated driver to shuttle you to and from the ski resort. Just contact the driver after skiing, and they’ll pick you up and take you back to the hotel. I must say, the value-added services provided by hotels in Altay are incredibly well-executed! Special mention: The hotel adopted a stray kitten, who is very smart and cute. As a pet owner, I have to give 100% praise and support to such caring establishments. I'll definitely be staying here again next ski season in Altay.

Coming to Altay in winter, this guesthouse gave me a huge sense of security! They have 24-hour front desk service, so no matter how late you get back, there's always someone to greet you. The dedicated shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient. Even though there's no elevator, the staff helped us carry our luggage right to our door. There's also surveillance at the entrance, so it feels very safe and I felt completely at ease during my stay. The underfloor heating in the room was super warm, both comfortable and energy-efficient. The attention to detail was excellent.

I loved the guesthouse's open-air balcony! In the mornings, I could sunbathe and enjoy some milk tea there. In the afternoons, I watched the sunset, and at night, I gazed at the stars and the illuminated snow mountains. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, creating a really comfortable spot to relax and unwind. It's also a fantastic place for photos, perfect for capturing high-quality travel pictures.

The service here is exceptionally good, especially their crisis management – truly sincere and impressive, I have to commend them! I arrived in Altay during extreme cold weather, and after a full day of skiing, I was exhausted and freezing. I was looking forward to a nice hot shower in my room, but unfortunately, the hotel's air-source heat pump malfunctioned, likely due to the weather. Not being able to shower was a terrible experience, and I went to bed fuming, determined to leave a bad review upon checkout the next day! However, when I woke up, I saw a message from the owner in the ski resort shuttle group chat that really touched me! The owner sincerely apologized to everyone and promised compensation for every guest, even offering free transportation to Altay's most upscale bathhouse for showers! Although I checked out today and don't know if the hot water has been restored, I'm confident that an owner like this will definitely resolve the issue! Who wouldn't love a hotel like this? I'll definitely be staying here again whenever I visit Altay!

This hotel is comprised of individual villas, nestled at the foot of General Mountain. It's just a few minutes' walk to the ski resort, and they even offer Mercedes shuttle service, which is incredibly thoughtful for tired skiers like me. Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming; they greeted me before I even entered, helped with my luggage, and immediately offered a warm cup of jujube tea. The room's design and decor were very tasteful and elegant. Lounging on the large armchair, looking out at the snow, was incredibly relaxing. I'll definitely be booking here again next year! Extremely satisfied!

Very satisfied with the room and the excellent service. It's also very close to the ski slopes. Highly recommend!
