Altay Xiaochengli Meisu (Five Hundred Mile Block Store)

Had a wonderful stay! The front desk lady was incredibly sweet, and they even gave me some complimentary fermented yogurt. It's just so popular that I couldn't extend my stay, as they were fully booked the next day. I'll definitely be back! The Xinjiang fermented yogurt: Delicious!

The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and spacious – a perfect 10/10! I'm very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! This was my first time visiting Altay, Xinjiang. The hotel was easy to find, and the customer service contacted me in advance via WeChat to discuss everything. (520522) First, due to the weather at the end of November, the refund and cancellation services were very considerate. Second, the hotel facilities were complete. The underfloor heating was on from the entrance, making it very warm. The lobby reception area combined with a water bar had delicious drinks! Guests were thoughtfully offered ginger tea upon arrival to ward off the cold. Third, the room was clean and tidy; I couldn't find a single fault. The toiletries were excellent, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Fourth, the food selection was extensive; I feel many high-end hotels don't offer this level of food and drinks. Finally, the service!! So warm and attentive. Free parking; remember to scan the QR code at the front desk to get a parking voucher before going downstairs. I always stay here when I come to General Mountain Ski Resort in Altay. The service is always excellent; they offer hot tea upon arrival and provide delicious yogurt daily. The airport and daily ski shuttle service is very convenient. The rooms are large and spacious, with heating and air conditioning, making them very comfortable.
