There’s no phone in the room, so is unsure how to call the hotel reception. I end up having to use Trip app to make free call to the hotel. It’s near airport and pick up service from airport is provided which is very convenient for us. Sadly for the shuttle to ski resort has limited seats, so we end up couldn’t make use of the service. It would be great if there’s a blind or curtain between the bed and the shower/toilet. As the bathroom is in my room and I’m sharing with my grown up sons, so it is a little inconvenient as the privacy film on the shower door is still able to see the silhouette of the person inside the bathroom and sitting on the toilet seat. Other than that the room is clean and new.

The hotel room is super clean and newly decorated. The staff are so friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast, i.e., nternational dishes need to be added. The hotel price is so convenient 😃

They upgraded our room, and it was very comfortable. Facilities: New and clean. Cleanliness: Clean and dust-free. Environment: Quiet and comfortable for sleeping at night. Service: Top-notch, excellent service, they even helped with airport pick-up and drop-off, and provided ski lift access as well.

My most comfortable night's sleep in Altay; the bedding, linens, bathroom fixtures, and water pressure were all of a high standard. If I had to nitpick, the towels didn't soak through very well, probably due to the laundry detergent. Also, the housekeeping was a bit noisy; they started cleaning around 9 am, which was somewhat disruptive.
