Superb! The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough to easily unpack my oversized ski bags. There's a self-service laundry and dryer on the first floor too. A big plus is the shuttle service to and from the ski resort from 10 AM to 7:30 PM, which is a lifesaver for early birds. They also offer airport transfers if it's not too late in the evening!

We stayed there only for one night on our way from Hemu. Hotel was ok, but too hot in the room, was tempted to leave the window open although it was -20C outside.
