The guesthouse was nice, and it had facilities for drying ski boots. The breakfast was also good, and it wasn't too far from the ski resort. Skiing with friends was a pretty good experience.

The room was fantastic, just like the photos. The surrounding area was very quiet, and the staff, mainly local villagers, were very welcoming and friendly. The animals were also very affectionate. It's a bit far from the ski resort, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, which you can book with the front desk according to your schedule, which is very convenient. The kids really hope to come back in the spring, and I'm looking forward to it too.

The room was great, and they included pick-up and drop-off service. They picked me up from the hotel on the same day and took me to the airport the next day. The service was excellent. Most importantly, the location is right in front of the mountain; you can see the mountain view as soon as you open the window. The whole room had underfloor heating, so it was very warm.

This is my second stay this year; the last one lasted fifteen days. The hotel is situated with the beautiful Kran River in front, vast Kazakh pastures behind, and snow-capped mountains in the distance – a picturesque and uncrowded place. The hotel itself is like a castle from a fairytale, with cozy, luxurious, and understated guest rooms. The service is exactly how Kazakh herders treat their guests – incredibly warm and welcoming. The hotel staff's catchphrase is, "Please let us know if you need anything." I asked for two bottles of mineral water, and they immediately brought a whole case to my room – enough for toiletries… When the weather is good and the location is suitable, the owner takes guests snowmobiling in his big pickup truck – so exciting! Most importantly, the owner is kind and generous, and doesn't charge anything!

As a convenient stopover point for a day trip to Altay, the hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the Birch Forest Park, offering a farm-like atmosphere. The hotel manager was very welcoming, and their thoughtfully planned home visit was a highlight of the trip. The hotel facilities are high-quality and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is highly recommended; it's reasonably priced and the food is delicious.

It was my first time staying at a Ctrip farm and I thought it was classy, ​​but it turned out to be on par with the Atour Seasons! Ctrip, are you insulting our intelligence? Let's not talk about Baihaba and Hemu, where there are crowds, few hotels, and high prices. But you're already in downtown Altay, a four-hour drive from the Hemu Baihaba Scenic Area, with no attractions or scenery. What's your confidence? The room amenities were fine (and functional), but one of the bedside outlets was broken. It didn't look like it had just broken. Aren't you going to fix it? The room is still spacious, and the bathroom is also spacious with a bathtub, but there's a saying that goes, "Prosperity is shared, loss is shared." Your hot water is terrible, cold! A larger bathroom makes it even colder, and a bathtub is just for show? Would you dare soak in it? Would you drink Isatis root while soaking in it? I arrived at 9 PM and showered after 10 PM. This clearly shows there were too many people, not enough hot water, and the infrastructure isn't up to par! Are you just investing in superficial things? Why is the breakfast so bad when you're already in downtown Altay? Is there nothing to eat in Xinjiang? I've also stayed at Songzan in remote areas. Is your Ctrip Farm positioning itself as a place to take advantage of others? It lacks local flavor and doesn't meet the basic 4-5 star standards! The steamed buns were cold, and I had to be reminded to reheat them before I even refilled them. I didn't eat any of the four hot dishes, so much so that I've forgotten what they were. The beef cold dish wasn't fresh, and the breakfast was just terrible! I'd rather stay at a business hotel downtown! Why would I choose you? Just to take some nice photos of you? In short, you've introduced me to the Ctrip Farm brand! It's just a waste of money!
