From the moment we were picked up at the airport, we experienced exceptional and attentive service. When my child complained about being hot, the driver immediately turned down the AC and even entertained them. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and gave us fantastic recommendations for dining and activities. We had booked two different rooms, but they thoughtfully upgraded us so we didn't have to switch. The duplex room overlooked the ski slopes and had a sauna – perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing. When we couldn't find a taxi for dinner, they even helped by calling out to a group of drivers, which was incredibly effective. The hotel itself is only a 5-minute walk from the ski equipment hall, which is very convenient, and you can store your gear there. They also offer free laundry, drying, and ironing facilities. The managers and staff in both the restaurant and our room were all very kind. This will definitely be our go-to hotel for skiing at General Mountain next time!
