The Lanjing Hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept really well, so I extended my stay for another night. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and the value for money was excellent. Highly recommended!

I don't usually write reviews, but this hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful, offering airport pick-up and drop-off – such a considerate service! I'd previously booked another hotel and forgot to arrange pick-up in advance, so they wouldn't come. I tried calling this hotel instead, and they picked me up right away! The hotel is very new and the facilities are spotless. The room I booked even had a washing machine, which is a lifesaver for ski tourists and something many hotels don't provide! Highly recommend! The room was spacious, and the underfloor heating worked really well. The large windows offered a great view, and the service was good; the front desk staff were quick to help with any issues. However, the cleanliness was just okay. The humidifier was dirty and had bugs in it. The washing machine in the room didn't work on the wool setting – I tried to use it several times overnight, but it kept getting stuck halfway through the cycle. This meant I had to take a bunch of dripping wet clothes to the communal laundry room in the middle of the night. Other functions on the washing machine worked fine, though. Also, the laundry detergent bottle had a Liby brand label, but the detergent inside was clearly an off-brand.

Clean and tidy

The hotel lobby allows smoking, so every morning there's a strong smell of smoke. When I booked the room, it said check-in was at 6:00 AM, but the day before check-in, I was suddenly informed that it had changed to 2:00 PM. When I arrived at the front desk in the morning, no one was there, and once someone did show up, they were quite unhelpful and dismissive. The shuttle service to the ski resort was also late every single morning.
