The room was new and very clean. The humidifier inside was super effective, and I could see the snow-capped mountains directly from the window. Deliveries were brought to the room promptly by a robot. There were also five bottles of purified water, which was plenty. I stayed with three children and was very satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I honestly recommend this place.

This hotel doesn't feel like it just opened 25 years ago; it seems more like a renovated property that changed ownership. However, they were incredibly accommodating by letting us extend our check-out until 5 PM because we had a late flight. It feels a bit out of the city center, a bit secluded, and it's hard to get a taxi. Food delivery also takes a while. It's quite close to Hualin Park, and the kids really enjoyed themselves there.

The Northwest region is quite dry, so the humidifier provided in the room was a good thing. However, when I opened it, I saw yellowish grime inside, so I had to clean it myself before using it. The room had neither cooling nor heating, only ventilation, which I, being from the south, found very unsuitable. The room was stuffy and poorly ventilated. I asked the hotel for a fan, but there wasn't a single fan in the entire hotel, so I couldn't sleep well all night. It was a terrible experience in a five-star hotel, and it prevented me from getting proper rest after a long and tiring road trip. (Attached is a picture of the initial temperature.)

We were in Altay for a layover and were pleasantly surprised to find such a wonderful hotel. It's newly built and well-maintained. The lobby is bright, spacious, and elegant, and the rooms are spotless. I especially want to commend the front desk staff: Hongdezi Harheng, Ayibaosen Huatibai, and Jialinbek Baijuma. Their friendly attitude and attentive service really added warmth to our trip!
