The room was spacious, and we even got upgraded to a king-size bed. This is our second time staying here. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the price was just right for this time of year. There are plenty of places to explore nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient.

a bus stop right in front, free laundry, free airport transfer,, breakfast is okay and the receptionist is nice, but the bathroom door needs fixing, the wobbly pull-in knob made me felt like Imma be stuck inside the bathroom everytime I was done showering, please fix this.

The hotel service was really good. The front desk even helped us upgrade our room, which we really appreciated. They also offered airport pickup service upon arrival in Altay. The breakfast provided by the hotel was decent. We'd definitely come back again if we have the chance.
