The front desk staff had a great attitude; they immediately offered us tea when we arrived and even helped us call a taxi. The hotel lobby has an amazing design, and the room temperature was super comfortable, especially in this freezing Altai weather. I'll definitely be back!

Amazing Value for Money – Highly Impressed! The room was absolutely worth much more than the price we paid. The hotel is quite new and beautifully designed, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We didn’t book the breakfast option, but the staff were incredibly kind and generous — they offered us free breakfast during our stay. We were truly impressed by their warm hospitality and excellent service. Overall, we were extremely impressed and had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel environment is fantastic, very clean and hygienic, with excellent service that's super friendly to snowboarders and skiers. There's a food street within 500 meters, which is really convenient. The hotel staff are incredibly enthusiastic, especially at the front desk. Xiaohu and Xiaozhu, two front desk employees, were constantly busy, helping us organize our ski gear and even sending express packages for us. It was truly touching! Just for this service alone, I highly recommend everyone to check into the Altay Orange Crystal Hotel. It's truly the best choice for all snow sports enthusiasts!
