We stayed at a hotel in General Mountain that felt like home. Before check-in, the thoughtful hotel butler confirmed our itinerary, making our arrival incredibly smooth. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to find that several of the young ladies were from our hometown! This instantly bridged the gap, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their warm smiles and attentive service made us feel right at home in a foreign land. The hotel's environment and cleanliness were impeccable. Our trip to General Mountain was made even more perfect by choosing this hotel, and it makes us even more excited for the rest of our journey in Xinjiang.

The newly opened hotel has spacious rooms with living rooms, almost like suites. Most importantly, there's a sauna and bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after skiing. The butler was very responsible, taking me to the ski resort and picking me up every day. They also resolved any issues promptly. The restaurants they recommended were all excellent; I highly recommend Jinbai Hand-Pulled Rice – you should definitely try it! 😆

將軍山雪場下的新開業酒店，和姐妹一共住了整整7天 ， 去禾木前先住了 5 天，從禾木回來又果斷續住 2 天。真的家人們，滑雪就挑這個酒店，去雪場2分鐘，酒店包接送超級方便，還有免費的夜宵。房間設計感強，設施又新，服務簡直了，在新疆享受到這種服務簡直快給我感動哭了，對比我們在禾木住的簡直不提也罷。還認識了超級好的管家姐姐珊珊，細心又周到，酒店自帶的餐廳做的菜品也好吃，每天都要點，方便又好吃。民宿酒店還免費提供接送機，我們倆人五六個行李就沒自己拿過，真的爽。很懷念他們家的温馨感和超棒的服務，每個人都很熱情温暖，你有需求都會想辦法幫你，感覺在家一樣。明年還來！

這次入住體驗超出預期，酒店位置特別好，距離滑雪場很近而且還有雪場接送服務，來回機場也有便捷接送機服務，出行超省心。管家們全程熱情周到、細心，有需求都及時響應，服務細緻入微，讓人感覺非常温暖貼心。整體環境乾淨舒適，早餐菜品很豐富，每天都會變換菜品，咖啡也很好喝，我們退房的時候還專門打包了，哈哈哈非常推薦!！
