EMA（Explore Misterious Area）HOTEL (Altay )

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for years! The room was spacious and incredibly clean, with bright, modern decor that was simple yet elegant. The underfloor heating was wonderful, and I especially loved that I could also use the air conditioning vent to circulate air, keeping the room warm without feeling stuffy. The breakfast spread was so generous, I couldn't even finish it all – there was a fantastic variety of options! Lastly, a word about the shuttle service: it was so good, I'm genuinely worried the owner might get overwhelmed during peak season, turning a selling point into a weakness. Perhaps they could create a WeChat group for skiers so people can coordinate and carpool, which would also save the driver a few trips. I hope the owner keeps up the great work; I'll definitely be back next year!

If 5 stars is the highest rating, I'd give it a 10! I've traveled to many places and stayed in many hotels, and I think this is the best! First of all, the service was exceptionally good! It made me feel completely at home. The two young men and women at the front desk were very friendly. They not only upgraded our room for free, but also extended our check-out time for free because our flight was slightly delayed. Most importantly, they treated us to a free lunch of hand-pulled noodles and even gave us glutinous rice balls for the Lantern Festival! I was so touched! They provide free pick-up and drop-off at the ski resort and free airport pick-up and drop-off according to our flight schedules. A Kazakh young man gave us a proverb from their culture, "I'm behind you, don't be afraid," which was so kind! In addition, the room was clean, new, well-equipped, and had thoughtful details. The view from the window was also superb! The location isn't in the city center, but it's close to the ski resort. However, Altay itself isn't very big, so I highly recommend it! Highly recommended! If I had to give any advice, it would be to keep up the good work and not raise the price. I'll definitely be staying here every time I'm in Altay! Hahaha

This secluded hotel was such a delightful surprise! Located right next to the 4A-level birch forest scenic area, the view of the snow-covered forest right from the window is breathtaking, creating an immersive atmosphere. The best part is the shuttle service from the ski resort, saving you the hassle of transportation and making skiing a breeze. My friend, who originally lives in the city, was drawn here! The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the inclusion of a humidifier is a wonderful touch – it's so dry, a humidifier is essential! The service was warm and attentive, and the tranquil setting made for a perfect vacation experience. I'll definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel is right next to Hualin Park, and it seems you can walk directly from the hotel entrance into the park, but I haven't tried it. I recommend giving it a try. The front desk upgraded our room, and it was incredibly spacious, with a bathtub and a stunning snow view from the curtains – snow-capped mountains and birch forests. They were also very well-equipped with toiletries, including disposable laundry detergent and fruit. The pictures were taken in the room. We chose this hotel because it allows for anytime check-out and it looked newly opened, plus the price was reasonable.

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須給個好評！從進門開始，前台服務就非常熱情周到，辦理手續高效。房間寬敞明亮，衞生細節做得非常好，床品舒適，讓我睡了個好覺。地理位置也很方便，下次來這座城市還會首選這家！

這次來阿勒泰選了新開的探索祕境酒店，訂房是包接送機和雪場接送的，向管家提前告知了航班訊息，一下飛機就接到了司機師傅的電話，師傅一路上向我們介紹阿勒泰遊玩路線。到達酒店之後很是驚喜，大堂吧有咖啡、文創，接待人員非常熱情，房間整潔明亮，窗外的雪山好像一幅畫，設施也非常新，最棒的是很多小細節可見用心：比如配備了小袋洗衣液，床頭放了耳塞，房間裏還有加濕器，下次來阿勒泰還會住這裏！

房子第一眼看上去像小區裏的公寓，剛開始有點不安，是看了房再住的。裏面的衞生，服務，設備，都比一般酒店好很多。從前台到供應早餐的工作人員，都很友好。被子乾淨鬆軟，浴巾也很乾凈。套房帶一個露台，對面就是雪山，可以燒烤，還比較安靜——對於觀星的人來説太理想了。一樓有一個吧枱，這裏的咖啡很好喝哦。推薦杏皮茶美式。

大床房有完整的落地窗，拉開窗簾看出去靜謐而遼闊，眼前就是一片阿勒泰的冬景，陽光好的時候甚至稍微有些刺眼，鬆軟的積雪雖厚，但房間內十分温暖，不僅有加濕器，還提供了耳塞，房間味道清新怡人。傍晚夜幕降臨，窗外又是一片動人的藍調景象，遠處時不時閃爍着煙花，浪漫和舒適同時在這裏具像化。睡意襲來前的最後一瞥，是遠處山頭又升起一串煙花，我想，這個夜晚會一直留在我心裏——無論以後在哪裡，衹要閉上眼睛，就能回到這片阿勒泰的冬夜，回到這個被温暖和靜謐妥善安放的瞬間。❄️🏔️⛄️🌲
