Overall, my stay was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options and convenient transportation nearby, making getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-designed layout. The bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient.

This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was infested with bugs. After several attempts to swat them away, they were still making noises in the middle of the night. I woke up the next day to find live bugs in my luggage. I've never been to such a horrible hotel. The front desk and so-called management were awful. They initially claimed that other rooms had no bugs, then said it was normal for this season. They even asked us to check out in the wee hours of the night. Their communication was aggressive and they showed absolutely no service or customer service awareness. We paid for a hotel stay, not to be bullied. Since they're in the service industry, shouldn't they have a service-minded approach? I strongly advise you to stay away; there are many other hotels in Altay.
