Xintai Hotel

The room facilities were a bit old, the bedding was clean, and the towels were so-so. Considering the reasonable price, and the fact that the front desk informed me I could get a refund within 30 minutes of viewing the room if I wasn't satisfied, I was willing to pay. However, the housekeeping arrangements were poor. When I returned, I found the sheets had been tidied, the trash taken out, and toiletries replenished, but the towels and water hadn't been changed. I didn't know why, but I called and they changed them. There was a 100 yuan deposit upon check-in, which was refunded upon check-out.

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the place was clean and affordable – a real gem among affordable hotels!

I have to give this hotel a huge thumbs up for their service! From the helpful reminders after booking, to the warm smiles and quick check-in at the front desk, and the housekeeping staff's welcoming greetings, every step made me feel right at home. The room was not only clean, but they also provided welcome fruit and snacks – such thoughtful details were truly heartwarming. Without a doubt, this is one of the most comfortable hotels I've ever stayed in!

In order to find traces of my childhood, I traveled to Xinjiang and stayed one night in Altay City. The hotel was conveniently located and considered good value for money in Altay. It was right opposite General Mountain. It happened to be raining, but after the rain, General Mountain was covered in golden clouds, which was very beautiful.
