I didn’t really care for the fact that the microwave oven is in an open area in the basement outside of the fitness area. I believe it should be on the first floor near the marketplace or the restaurants.

Plans changed due to a very urgent matter beyond control. A natural misfortune. I requested a refund. Even partial refund and was refused. I lost all my money even though I asked for refund a week ahead.

The lobby area was pleasant, though the room decor felt a bit dated. Overall, it was still decent, and parking was very convenient.

Overall our stay here was good! The decor was lovely and the view from our room was amazing . We were able to check-in earlier which was a HUGE PLUS! The staff was super friendly and was always eager to help. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. *ps just make sure to walk with hand soap for the bathroom lol

The trip was great. The hotel room had a great view. And had all the amenities. Overall great experience

It looks like a grand hotel. But everything inside is very old. There is also a strong smell in the room.

I took my child to visit school. This hotel is not far from the school, so I chose to stay in this hotel. The view from the hotel room is very good and the attitude of the front desk staff is also good.
