I booked a premium room at the Steigenberger Cecil Hotel, a century-old hotel with an antique elevator that adds to its charming atmosphere. It's within walking distance of many key attractions. The room was spacious, and the sea view was stunning. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was attentive. It's my top choice when visiting Alexandria, and I highly recommend it to travelers who appreciate the historical ambiance of the old city.

The room's cleanliness was fine, but the window faced an opposite building. The service was quite good, and the elevator was interesting. The location was also relatively convenient. All in all, for the price, it's just okay.

Amazing hotel with excellent service and staff are very friendly. The location is excellent near downtown Alexandria and has some rooms facing the sea. The food is also good. The only minor issue was the wifi wasn't working immediately. But overall would recommend this hotel to anyone going for business.

The service and location are good, close to the sea. The room is a bit old and has a musty smell. This time, there was no hot water in the room, so I had to take a cold shower. The owner informed me beforehand, and I accepted it. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Surprisingly, a very good hotel. There's Monty's bar on the 1st floor. The rooms are quiet with PVC windows. Unfortunately, there's no rooftop restaurant like in the neighboring hotels.

Be careful, they took $200 out of our suitcase and put $2 instead. We noticed it when we left the hotel.

It feels a bit like the Peace Hotel in Shanghai, very classic and historic. The service is good, and breakfast is decent. The room has a great view but it's very noisy facing the street; locals love to honk their horns, and it only quiets down after 10 PM. The hot water in the shower is difficult to adjust.
