Definitely not worth the price paid. Toilet wasn’t securely attached to the floor. Breakfast was not properly stocked for the larger crowd booked there. Beds were not comfortable. Toiletries were generic. Only stayed here since it was our convention hotel. Would never stay here otherwise. Lower level hotel with poor facilities. Flooding public restrooms and dirty carpets in public common areas. Would not recommend.

When we got there to check in, Ashley checked us in and she is super sweet, friebdly, and professional. She answered all of the questions that we had quickly.
The atrium with the indoor, heated pool was so nice in the evenibg letting the kiddos wind down and the. In the morning they have a nice breakfast and will make you an omelet.
The rooms are a little dated, but it looks like they may be updating them as they do not have carpet, it is vinyl plank flooring.

Soap didn’t work, microwave didn’t work, a light was lit, breakfast food was out, dirty and run down. Will not stay again.

The cleanliness of the room was terrible
Worst I had ever stayed in
If I had not booked through ******* I would have cancelled my reservation and went somewhere else. I was in Alexandria, LA dealing with an extreme family medical emergency and did not have the energy to even complain about the room. I had Lysol wipes and cleaned the bathroom and surfaces were we utilizing as best as I could
I told them no room service even while I was there, because of the state of the wipes when I was done

The room was quite comfortable. Ample space and was just as described. Pleasant front desk staff, ni e wifi, ac was perfect. Breakfast right across the veranda from us
No complaints at all. Would certainly stay here again.

Room 626 has a loose faucet, blowdryer that does not work, no shampoo in dispencer, alarm clock with no setting instructions, and no USB charging ports.

Several members of our family traveled to Louisiana for a funeral, and we stayed at your hotel and was very pleased with everything, especially the full course breakfast that was served.we will definitely be staying again but hopefully fpr a happier occasion

Will never stay there again. Place looks like it’s never been cleaned since it’s been opened.
