This Hotel is NOT five stars!!! It’s totally run down and the worst is the staff attitude. They’re only interested in attending the drinkers. I noticed some reviews said the same thing. There were no water in the room, so I went to fill up my bottle during the breakfast time. The supervisor stopped me saying it’s only for the guest. Well I’m your guest! Because my flight leaves at 7am in the morning, I requested a packed breakfast. The front desk manager said “we don’t provide packed breakfast”. I said you can just gave me a bottle of water and bread now, so I don’t have to bother you in the morning. He said no. They’re so rude! Also the breakfast is very basic. My 3-star hotel in Constantine is much better!!! It was a big mistake to stay in this dumpster. The place needs serous renovation.

Overall, it’s a good hotel location, and it has a Chinese restaurant inside.

No air conditioning. The heating blocked at 28 degrees in all rooms. Presence of cockroach. Hotel service attitude is poor! Basically they are all very old people. Extremely inefficient. I asked for two pairs of slippers to be delivered to the room, but they didn't come within an hour. I spent 2 nights in this mythical hotel which hosted great figures from the political, artistic world, etc. This hotel shines with the quality of the welcome, the cleanliness, the availability, the friendliness of the staff. The decoration, the style, the materials of the hotel tell a story charged with emotion. The rooms have kept the style of yesteryear. The breakfast served is very generous and the products are of high quality. This hotel has a large, very clean swimming pool, restaurants and an enchanting exotic garden. I will return with great pleasure and with great emotion.
