My mother and I were in town for medical appointments. The hotel was convenient to Hwy 75, Sam Rayburn Expressway and North Central Expressway. The room was exceptionally clean. The sitting area plus the bed was a great combo. The tv was huge and was turnable from couch to bed. The bathroom had what we consider a walk-in shower. The breakfast was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed.

The location was not easily accessible to nearby activities. The staff was short, it was difficult to get the room cleaned and sheets changed. They rarely answered the front and didn’t have room service. They also double charged me.

The beds in the first room we were given had not been changed or even made. The second room didn't even have a bar of soap. We had to go to the front desk and request one because the phone in the room had no cord. Additionally, the property was just off the freeway and VERY noisy. Just didn't feel comfortable, clean or safe. Very disappointing- especially for the Hyatt brand

Service was very helpful & friendly. The breakfast was good and its in a very convenient location.
The only con is that it's right near the hwy so there is a lot of noise from traffic.
Other than that, I recommend the hotel, we had a great experience.

My family of 5 come to N Texas every year between Christmas and New Year to visit friends and our extended family. This is our second year to stay at this Hyatt Place and it did not disappoint. The hotel is lovely and the rooms spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful from checking in to checking out. The location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend and look forward to coming back next year!
