Sleep Inn & Suites

We booked this hotel because it was close to my daughter college!!! she had orientation on Thursday and even though it was a one night stay we wish we had booked it a little longer! To check out the pool, my daughter was excited for the gym but I will be booking at this hotel when I come to visit her!!!! I appreciate everybody and also the person who helped my daughter print out some paperwork she needed for school thank you!! breakfast was also good. My son loved make your own waffle. The sausage were a little burn, but it’s OK.

Cindy at the front desk was extremely kind. Looked like they were doing remodeling so the lobby area was a bit under constructuon and you could hear some work being done during the day. I didn't check out the free breakfast or any of the amenities but the room was nice and I enjoyed my one night stay. Great location close to my daughter's apartment

The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member came knocking at our door also regarding the late check-out and to make sure we knew we could only stay until noon...very rude and unnecessary!

We stayed on the 3rd floor and when you flushed the toilet it would make a noise for about 3 minutes. The alarm clock buzzed all night long and the refrigerator ran. The bed was good. Breakfast in the morning was very good.

Very clean lobby and hallways. Room was neat and tidy. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good!

Staff was great! Friendly front desk person. The breakfast crew went above and beyond by putting out waffle mix a little early. Front entrance is pull open double doors, not sure why no auto-open doors. Pool is smaller than what appears in picture and chilly (visit was in mid-Feb) plus no hot tub (which we knew). Room was clean, beds comfortable. One end of shower is neatly incorporated into a half circle, making it quite roomy. Family of 3 quickly ran out of plugs/USB ports to charge devices. Some required lamps to be on all the time to work. Suggest brining your own 3-to-1 extension cords (yes, plural). WiFi good. Price of room was a bit high.

I booked a non-handicap room with a king bed and received the complete opposite. We were downgraded to a handicap-accessible room with a queen bed that honestly felt closer to a full. For the price paid, this was unacceptable. There was no proration or adjustment for the downgrade or inconvenience, which should have been offered. The only positive part of the stay was breakfast.

Definitely did not match the previous high reviews for cleanliness that we read. A bit grungy but safe, adequate overnight stay.

The rooms were very clean and well maintained. For the price I was extremely impressed.
