Best Hotels in Almada

The staff is wonderful, i came with my 2 kids, and we had 3 single beds. Beds are comfortable. The bathroom size is correct, not too small, and not too big. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast bufet is very nice and complete. Thanks again to the staff who are very helpful and kind. The walk to the beach is 5 min, the beach is very nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Hahahahahahahahahahaha, the location is very good, the view is very good, the room is very good, in the middle of the mountain. The gym is also very good! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Got relocated to this hotel after our chosen one was no longer available. Very underwhelmed by it. Staff were friendly but there was a lack of customer service skills. Food was ok for buffet food. Plenty of choice. Pool area was dangerous lots of broken and uprooted tiles and slabs.one of our party tripped on one and was lucky not to end up in cracking their head open meant to the pool. Kids pool closed off with bits hanging from it. Towels were put out on sunbeds (only around 40 ) for a hotel that has 8 floors and then not used til early afternoon when the sun hits the pool. Meant we had to sit on The broken tiles . Bath was mouldy and toilets didn’t flush very well. If you get the back of hotel expect to see people weeing against cars , dogs barking and bin men early every morning. Hotel is in a windy area so make sure you don’t get hit by a flying umbrella like several guests were during our stay. Would think they would have sorted this problem out with the amount of times people were hit by them. Also beware of the buckets In Reception that were there for our whole duration without anything being done to rectify the problem. Don’t come here with high expectations

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and I must say it was the most clean, well organised and comfortable hotel I have been so far. All I have missed was a swimming pool but well we cannot have everything haha, they have got a huge bath so that’s the plus for not having swimming pool 😋. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everyday they made sure our room is clean very spacious room and bathroom. Everyday we have got an AMAZING breakfast and DELICIOUS dinner with fresh juice. I don’t know guys who is your chef but take care of him/her as in whole Lisboa and Almada I haven’t eaten better than at yours restaurant. Very reasonable price and the meals were very very tasty. Nothing to add. Thank you so much for your hospitality. You went an extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Easy and nice underground access to the Parking as well which is an important if you rent a car. Everything 10/10!

Quality price ratio for 4 days is CORRECT but without any more Major problem the kitchen staff is poor, I don't know whether it's the wake that bothers them or not, but if you don't like what you're doing changes of job. The beginning of a day is thought to be pleasant, and thanks to these ladies it is the opposite, we are attacked when there is no more coffee, believe that we will have to give it back to ourselves as we have the orange juice, the milk, ect... Otherwise it's overwhelming the little you will have because the coffee machines are never filled, and the cold coffee in the percolator is IMMONDE, and for breakfast you don't hope to eat your hungry because apart from bread, a butter stick , a banana and a yaourt you'll have nothing else shortly except that, the cleanness of the rooms is not incredible but it is correct, it's also bad that the terraces are shared but good is a youth hostel Fin word de l'histoire, it was not incredible at all

Excellent hotel with insanely helpful staff and the best spa. Katarina and Robson on the front desk deserve a medal (as does the night manager - sadly didnt note his name) - we arrived super late and the night manager who did our check in turned up personally with extra pillows, water, a cot for the baby... Forgot anything? no worries. Almost IMMEDIATE response + superb support from the team. Need a late check-out for the baby to sleep? No worries. Need food in the room? here you go. Want to swim late in the pool after closing? no one minds, and respects your time and allows you to chill while they start closing up. The team is truly amazing. I have stayed here before and I have booked to come back already. Truly a 5* gem in the middle of caparica. (And the spa with heated pool is AMAZING for the kids - they dont get cold. And the adults can swim and enjoy the loungers / fountains).
