El baño daba pena. El suelo de acceso al baño estaba en mal estado. En cuanto al ventanal, carece de persiana o contraventana, por lo que la única cortina no era suficiente para evitar la entrada de luz.

位置很好，下了高速進小鎮前就能到，樓頂套房景色一流，可以看到almansa城堡。停車也方便，自帶餐廳，不過沒有試過，不知道味道如何。

I stayed at Blu Hotel in Almansa for 8 nights in october 2025, and I loved it! Big rooms, modern style, really comfortable beds, good wi-fi, nice and secure car-park and very easy access from the highway. I stayed in two different rooms and they both had high standard. The only thing I could have asked for would be bit more to choose from at the breakfast buffet. I hope to come back many times, and I highly recommend this hotel!

The room was in need of cleaning. Surprisingly, at 9.30 in the morning, there were no rolls or scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet and when we asked the waiter for them to be replenished, he told us that there was no more and that neither the rolls nor the eggs would be replenished. Imagine for those who came to breakfast an hour later what they would have left for breakfast. This is unacceptable, especially considering that the room is not cheap. In the morning before leaving, I went into the bathroom in the hall and found it full of glasses and half-empty beer bottles from a party that had taken place the previous evening and it was already 11.35 in the morning.

The hotel is excellent. The reception staff, like Carlos, are very kind and patient. Also, I would like to highlight Vero's professionalism in the Wellness area. I recommend staying at the Blu, it is very close to the centre and the facilities are magnificent. I would stay here again!

The hotel is fantastic. It is very well located and the reception staff is very friendly and patient. They advised us on what to visit, the typical products... Una experiencia pésima.es una publicidad totalmente engañosa.se venden como hotel de 4 estrellas con spa.pues spa no tienen.las instalaciones estan en condiciones lamentables.no se quien otorga las estrellas,pero voy a poner a conocimiento de turismo de castilla la mancha.como mucho,merecen 2 estrellas.esto si.....el personal es muy amable

Hotel de cuatro estrellas estrelladas, sucio, estropeado, el aire acondicionado no funciona, el Store pegado con celo a la pared, desconchados, el suelo de madera con tornillos, el secador suelto desconchados la pared…….

Habitación muy bien moderna, limpia y cómoda,. El bufet Rídiculo con poca a variedad tanto en cena como comida, fuimos en octubre un grupo de imserso que pagamos como temporada alta?? el restaurante bufet de 2 estrellas. Nada que ver con los platos que ponen en las fotos del hotel de penosa y poca comida nos tenían separados de los demás huéspedes personas que comían en el restaurante al lado de la cafetería que les daban otros platos. Los últimos en llegar poca variedad y encima ya no había donde elegir, faltaba la comida lo mismo que en los postres.

El desayuno se sirve de 7:00 a 9:00. La cafetería abre a las 12:00. Si no madrugas, tienes que ir a desayunar fuera del hotel. El hotel ha sido diseñado para parecer muy moderno, pero eso se hace a costa de la comodidad. Dejemos aparte el aspecto carcelario de los pasillos y puertas de las habitaciones. La ducha tiene un plato resbaladizo, y no puede cerrarse con cortina o mampara, de modo que el agua inunda el suelo de la zona adyacente con cada ducha. Frente al lavabo hay un cristal que según la luz reinante puede servir de espejo o de ventana por la que se ve lo que hay detrás. Las puertas de los armarios no parecen las puertas de los armarios, son un ejercicio de camuflaje. Descubrí una de ellas cuando ya me iba, detrás estaba la nevera y la caja fuerte. En el baño hay un teléfono fijo (?) instalado en la pared a la altura del codo, que es imposible no derribar con cada uso del inodoro.
