I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel in Almaty is exceptionally good.
**Amenities**: The hotel facilities are very comprehensive, equipped with wireless charging pads and Type-C ports. This means you can easily charge your phone even if you haven't brought an adapter.
**Cleanliness**: The cleanliness is excellent. It's worth mentioning that the duvet is folded in a fully encased style, rather than just having two layers of linen on top and bottom of the duvet insert. This makes it very clean, and you don't have to worry about touching the insert itself.
