A wonderful 4-star hotel! Cleanliness is top-notch, the room is comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is delicious, with a good selection. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is attentive. I would happily stay here again.

The room is old and the decoration is outdated.

Being in a foreign country with a language barrier, I communicated through a translator. The environment couldn't compare to hotels in China, but locals said it was very good and offered great value for money. I stayed at this hotel in Almaty.

I stayed for three nights, breakfast was not included, and there was no housekeeping during my stay. The room facilities were poor, but the main advantage was that the price was reasonable. UnionPay cards are not accepted.

The hotel is located at the back of the road, in a dilapidated driveway with no sidewalk. Public transportation is conveniently located nearby. The guest room carpets are old and dirty, and the shower drain is clogged and overflows. The sink faucet has a weak water flow; after being reported, maintenance staff immediately addressed and repaired it. The hotel does not differentiate between credit cards and requires a deposit for all guests. Only one type of credit card is accepted; there is no choice. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival. The deposit guarantee for full payment orders cannot be used to replace room fees; however, this arrangement can be negotiated and changed.

前台不會英語，有個黑人小哥很好 早餐是搭配好的，隔兩天不一樣，也還可以，有咖啡機可以自己弄 房間還挺大的，沒有很逼仄
