Reviews of Best Western Plus Atakent Park Hotel

The hotel is old and need renovations, elevators are lacking of buttons and making a weird noise, rooms are big but the furniture looks old. And the bathroom are so smelly. The water in the toilet even black 😨 the first day the heater in the shower work but the next day it’s not working. And the water in the shower and faucets even gone early in the morning. I called the reception 2 times as I request them to Open the window and even went to her personally early in the morning to relay my request but still when we return from tour they still not make action to our request

I booked a superior room at this hotel expecting a cozy sofa and ample space, but ended up in a basic room with just a queen bed and a chair. The vibe is pretty old-school, and not in a cool, retro way. The amenities and toiletries felt cheap, and the elevator was a gamble every time. The location’s decent, near a mall and a botanical garden, which is a plus. Breakfast was a solid ‘meh’ – mostly basic stuff, but the coffee machine was the only highlight. Would I stay here again? Probably not, unless they up their game.

The room was quiet. Excellent set of hygiene accessories (toothbrush with paste, disposable razor). Black tea Ahmad. Very good breakfast. Ideal location to the exhibition center 3 minutes walk.

The hotel is generally good. The breakfast is rich and delicious. You can also see the snow scenery in the distance while eating in the restaurant, which is a different experience. I will stay here next time I go to Almaty on business!

We went to the exhibition. It was very close to the exhibition hall. The breakfast was OK. The hotel environment was good, the supporting facilities were complete, the service attitude was also very good. It happened to snow heavily. I was very happy. I will book it next time.

The room is not big, but it is enough. The single bed is 0.8 meters. Other facilities are enough. There are kettles and slippers. Breakfast is average. It doesn't change. The advantage is that it is close to the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is right outside the hotel. There are shopping malls and supermarkets around. The place to exchange money is also close. One day, I returned to the hotel in the afternoon. There was no mineral water in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would send it. After an hour, there was no news. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for it, but was told that it would cost money! ! There are no other extra charges. Just hand in the room card when you leave the hotel and tell us.

The location is great, everything is close by and there is a wonderful view of our wonderful mountains 😻
