The room we were given was one for people with a disability, which meant it was very spacious. The decor was nice, the beds comfortable, although a little soft. The bathroom was also spacious and had everything a disabled person would need. It didn't bother us we were staying in this room. We didn't have breakfast but had a coffee which was good. Because this room is on the ground floor just behind reception and next to the breakfast room we did experience noise. There is a 24-hour coffee and tea making facility in the breakfast room which is great. However, when we were staying, there were people in there even in the middle of the night, as we could hear the chairs being used (scraping sound which was very audible in our room). That got worse when breakfast service really started in the morning. It made sleeping a little challenging. We would stay here again, but would definitely ask for a room on a higher floor and further away from the breakfast room. Check in and out was quick and easy and staff were friendly.

The booked room was supposed to be available in the early afternoon, but unfortunately this was not the case, as they had not yet made up the beds. We had to wait a total of one and a half hours in the reception hall until we could go to the room. The time we had to spend waiting for the room to be made available was sweetened with complimentary cappuccinos. The accommodations were very spacious and had a large bathroom with a double rain shower, a bathtub, and double sink vanities, though one had a clogged drain. The toilet was in a separate small room. It was nice to have two separate bedrooms, as this was a family accommodation. In one place the wallpaper had visibly come off the wall and in another place the cladding on the headboard of the bed was slightly damaged. Furthermore, the remote control of the TV was so dirty that we did not use it. All these problems could have been fixed by the room service before handing over the room to the guests. It was not easy to find a free parking space in the parking lot in front of the hotel, as this hotel is a popular conference hotel. There were several events held there, so the parking spaces were quite filled by the company employees who attended. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant was excellent, as you can read in my separate review. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The selection of cold and hot dishes was impressive and one wished that there was such a good choice elsewhere. It was very positive that after mentioning the above shortcomings, an apology was made for the inconveniences and a price reduction of about 13% was subsequently refunded. It can be assumed that in the current situation, this hotel also has staffing problems, like everywhere else in Europe, and that in normal times no problems would have occurred.

This was our second stop in a three Fletcher Hotel road trip of the Netherlands and was our base to visit Floriade and was a four-night package with dinner on the first and third nights. The hotel is in the refurbished and active harbour area of Huizen and beautifully landscaped. The room wasn't ready on our arrival at 18h00 but we were given a welcome drink in the bar by way of compensation. The staff were very polite and friendly but we suspect the breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were overstretched as breakfast was a little chaotic (particularly if arriving later); and our room wasn't serviced every day. The inclusive dinner was in the form of a tasting menu: excellent quality but small portions (barring the dessert). We also ate at the Italian restaurant which we can also recommend. Our main quibble with the room, although attractive and comfortable, was that it was not dark enough at night due to the nautical porthole on the door. This is a multi-building complex with separate accommodation blocks. We didn't find this a problem and could drive the car to load and unload. We took our own bikes and used the storage facility provided: good but only one key which had to be collected from and returned to reception - perhaps a rethink on that? We felt that package was very good value with a bottle of wine on departure. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Hotel location is very good, in the center of a small town, all life facilities have everything, the traffic is also very convenient, the airport by train 8.8 euros directly to the almere center and then walked over, suitable for people around almere, the hotel price ratio rose directly Quite a lot, generally not early, breakfast is expensive and simple, there is no need to buy breakfast at the hotel next to restaurants and supermarkets

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff greeted me warmly with smiles, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The rooms are modern and impeccably maintained, and it's conveniently accessible by car with paid parking near the Jumbo store. The breakfast was also delightful. I highly recommend this establishment.

All are good, the price is not expensive, the room is generous, the floor to ceiling windows are good. Clean and hygienic, the service has a smile. The room is the same as the picture, elegant and spacious

The location in IJburg is not, of course, the city centre. With the train 26, the Central Station is well reachable in about 20 minutes. A supermarket is located between the end station (there is also a ticket machine) and the hotel. Availability with the PPNV is a train or car arrival that you can leave in the parking house (there are cheaper parking places than in the hotel itself). Breakfast is very good. We can also express wishes that are then freshly prepared (e.g. mirror, omelet). Heat drinks are available by self-service from the full-automat. There is also a delicious hot chocolate here. The room looks a little unfinished. Gray walls without color. There is no closet, but only a cord with clothing bar. A small treasury, a TV with, among others, German broadcasters (ARD, ZDF, RTL) there is also. The bathroom separates a milk glass slide door, but it leaves a gap open that should be taken into account when you do not pin the room alone. The bathroom is wet when you do it, because the shower is only half closed and there is no door. The hotel is recommended if you can make a little bit at the price, 200 euros per night would be too much.

I travel for work and frequent hotels on a weekly basis for the last 16 years, usually Hampton inns or holiday inns. I have never had a breakfast remotely as good as what this hotel serves! There was such a variety of different foods, and we would get a great start to our day with a full belly! Was nice as we could skip lunch as prices were so high at the restaurants. Room was nice and otherwise typical of a Hampton Inn.
