it was a terrific experience to stay here. it has no lift. our room was at the lowest floor down, -3 floor down. staff is very rude, no proper room. services. no doormats in room out side bathroom. walls are very dirty. they have put some good images of rooms but reality is very different. never be impressed from the outside look. poor room service. and no one will come to carry your luggage at leaving time. in our room geyser was not working. we said to the staff ***y times but they did not give attention. and behaved very ruddly with us. vl never suggest to go with this hotel. nobody in this hotel cares for their impression or customer service. we dissapointed very much.

Pros: Good location and view. Has its own parking. The rooms and bathroom were spacious. Shops, ATMs nearby. The night view of the town is a great sight though. Cons: The hotels needs alot of maintaience. Wifi was not working You will only get a view of the town.
