It was lovely but disappointed that the toiletries seemed used and could not find the Harry Potter films! It wasn’t very Harry Potter in the meeting room! Bathroom was lovely tho! Could have done with a full length mirror in the room very noisy you could hear talking and noise from room next door! Breakfast was lovely tho

Absolutely loved this property. In the center of town, so it's easy to walk to shops and there is parking options. Highly recommend. Will try to stay longer next time!

Lovely Harry Potter themed hotel and restaurant The Dirty Bottles breakfast was great and we also ate there on an evening generous tasty portions and lovely atmosphere,Staff attentive. we stayed in the chamber really lovely room the only thing was it’s not very sound proof with the adjoining room Dumbledorm we could hear them talking and walking around probably didn’t help that the people weren’t very considerate of other guests. The room could do with a suitcase stand as there was nowhere to put your case other than the floor and the room is big enough to take it. I would also suggest a shelf in the bathroom by the sink so you have somewhere to put your toiletries and be careful in the shower as it leaks on the floor But we loved it and would return great location backs onto Alnwick Castle

Had a great stay here. My boyfriend booked us a night away here at the chambers and it did not disappoint. I’m a huge Harry Potter fan and it was just perfect! I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the wall paper to the snake lamp, the sorting hat, and even walking to the room the picture of Dumbledore. My boyfriend requested champagne and roses which the staff accommodated happily, it was the perfect night away The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Comfy bed. A fire alarm did go off at 05:30 in the morning, which at the time was annoying, but you could tell it was a one off and staff were apologetic about it. Everything else was superb!

Hallow and Crux is amazing! It’s the most beautiful, special space I’ve stayed this trip. It is Harry Potter themed but if you aren’t a fan, you wouldn’t know. They offer breakfast in the morning too; everything we had was delicious. I look forward to coming back and bringing friends.

We stayed in The Marauders and it was brilliant. Loved the subtle Harry Potters theme that ran throughout the room and en-suite. It was high quality and well maintained. Staff were amazing and when we had query about the television it was dealt with immediately. Would recommend and want to go back.

This was a surprise stay and knew both about the hotel. Walking through you start to get a Harry Potter vibe then when she said we were staying in the marauders room I clicked and like an excited kid! The room was amazing. So we’ll thought out. In face the whole place is. The staff are so friendly and the restaurant/bar dirty bottles was amazing. HP themed drinks with amazing food and service. Really made our stay special

Good not great. Location fantastic. Food excellent. Room had lovley decor. The only thing that let it down was the noise. I know they are old rooms but u can literally hear every movement from next door. To the point of hearing them snoring in night. I opened the window to hear road instead to drown them out. Paper thin walls. Then next night kids who never shut up. We had to have radio on to drown them out. But other than that A nice place if not slightly overpriced. Staff were excellent.
