All the performances from park royal were initially "very good" by me and my family..the best leisure facilities.
But for the room, it is not clean, there is a lot of dust under the bed, in the window area, and there are lizard droppings in many places. and I can only give good category. I will stay again in the near future, maybe next week with my family again, and I really hope that in the future the park royal management can make corrections on sharing my and my family's remarks, for the satisfaction and happiness of the customers.. please also in the future park royal can give a check out time from the hotel at 1200 noon. whatever Park Royal Melaka me and my family like. MY FAMILY LOVES BREAKFAST

Overwall we had a great stay at the Parkroyal Melaka resort with the location nearby Outlet that combined with full of shopping and eating choices! However, the first upon after checking and there’s bad smelling from the bedsheets for 2rooms that we have booked. the cleanliness of room definitely need to be improved.

This is my first time here, I glad that I come here with little one. Parkroyal is always a good and promising hotel brand, but what's surprise me is the kids passport. This definitely a fun thing to do together for me and my kid, and we are working hard to collecting the stamp and get our redemption😹

If wish go afomosa safari, it good location. If wish go malacca city then location is far. Room, facilities and swimming pool nice and clean.

Overall experience is great. The food is good. But que is long during school holiday. Better come early before 7am. The pool is big. Debris at at the floor of the pool. Need cleaning. Ask for complimentary cake during check in and they send it after check in. Taste good. Note that check in is 3pm even though trip.com state at 2pm. So if you come early, they said to wait till 3pm. They won't register you till then. But check out still 11am. They won't give extra hour, except 30mins. That's all my experience.

Great stay. Food is good. Room also clean.
Only part check in need to improve. STAND IN THE LINE FOR 1HR++ FOR CHECK IN. WHILE THE GUARD KEEP ON CHASING MY MOM AT THE FRONT HOTEL SINCE I PARK THERE.NEVER THOUGHT HAVE TO WAIT FOR THIS LONG PERIOD TO CHECK IN.
