Not worth it. The only good thing is because it's right in front of Aman Central.
When we arrived at 1am, the staff looked very unbothered and gave us a vacant dirty room, we were shocked the room smelled like cigarettes and we saw how the room was very messy and we gave a call to receptionist..he was quick and came within 6 minutes to give us new clean room. It was a curious mistake though bcs as a hotelier, I knew we had arrival list, and if one guest hadn't come in yet and called to tell that they will arrive after 12, we would of course be aware of which room it is and set the file including the keys aside. How does a vacant dirty room, be released for a new check-in is weird. As a city hotel with probably high rate of walk-ins, this mistake is very curious.
Second, for the price (I am aware it's a public holiday), but the normal daily rate is considered high, but the room amenities and condition is equal to a cheap motel. The only thing they gave in the small room is :
- 2 sachets of tea with 2 mugs
- an electric kettle
- tv
- 2 pairs of slippers
- 1 round soap
- 1 shower cap
- shower gel and shampoo
- 2 bottles of water
Not even toothbrush and toothpaste. Not that I'll use those as I always carry mine, but isn't that basic? I was expecting they had a hairdryer though, but were sadly disappointed.
All in all, you'd better book other hotel around the area but a bit further back because the price is around the same, but the rooms and amenities and customer service are better than this hotel.
