Reviews of Fuller Hotel

Hotelier is perfect with their task. Service is good. Accomodation located nearby the famous aman central mall (can reach by walking). Limited car park but luckily we get our parking at the basement area. Otherwise you need to find your own spot under MPAS.

Everything okay, however there is no Wi-Fi working, and the internet connection is bad even using the data

I stayed at Fuller Hotel Alor Star and found the overall experience to be average. The service was so-so, nothing particularly outstanding, but still acceptable for a short stay. The room was decent and met basic expectations. Suitable if you are looking for a simple and budget-friendly accommodation without expecting too much service interaction.

A great place to stay. Walking distance to the shopping mall, food courts and hospital. Comfortable bed A great place to stay.

Book for a partner. Also, we will choose this hotel when we have business trip to Kedah.

An avg 3 to lower star hotel, a few few shops below, just quiet… Nice tower view.. old carpet smell and nine sound proof walls..

Counter should inform cus that need collect parking card when leave

Great location nearby have many street food and local restaurant , and also have Thai massage nearby, shopping mall just within walking distance

Nice room to stay, easy access to city centre, but the hotel should improve is the basement parking system. It’s troublesome to go out bcs it didn’t have ticket system and no one was assign at the barrier gate. guests who can’t get parking space, have to stray park their cars & walk up the stairs to the reception to get the exit card access

Room was satisfactory. Carpet on the corridor needed to be cleaned, combined with stuffiness, wasn't very pleasant.

Good price with nice location in Alor Setar… great view and nearby to mall also

Check-in process was smooth, with RM50 deposit required. Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, though the number of parking spaces is limited. The room was okay for two people but not very spacious. Amenities were very basic — towels, toothbrush, face towel, and facial tissue were not initially provided. I dont know but the towel was not prepared at check-in. After calling the receptionist, I was informed it would be ready at 4pm, but no towel was delivered even after that time. I had to call again, and only then was it sent immediately. But, its a plus point, that the location is very strategic. The hotel is within walking distance to a mall and nearby convenience marts, which is very convenient.

Comfortable n pillow is time for them to replace. Basement carpark pathway narrow n D parking lot smaller than usual. Overall ok.
