Disappointed in my stay. The AC would not blow cold. It wasn’t blowing hot but it wasn’t blowing cold either making it impossible to sleep in a hot room for two nights.

The hotel was beautiful, we were in room 402. However, our room had an old raisin in the pullout bed, which made us wonder if the sheets had been changed.
The bottom of the bathroom door was warped and looked like it has water damage, and wouldn’t close fully bc of it.
Everytime the ac/heat kicked on, the fan made a horrible screeching noise, it was so loud. It was awful! Kept us awake most of the night. We were there less than 24 hours, and had a baby with us, so changing rooms wasn’t an option as the baby was already asleep when we realized what it was doing. The toilet ran continuously, we had to mess with it after the children used the bathroom so it would stop running.
We came for the pool and it was so miserably cold, it was hard for the older kids to enjoy bc it was so cold.
We had a good time, enjoying each others company, but there were for sure some maintenance issues that need to be resolved

My husband and I have stayed at this property many times in the last 10 years. The pool is great, rooms large and comfortable and the breakfast and evening reception wonderful. But..the rooms are showing a lot of wear and tear. The carpet in our room was stained in numerous places and the couch looked stained and dirty. The most inconvenient was having to visit the front desk 2 times before getting 2 key cards that would open the door.The experience was not up to previous visits.I think on next visit to Alpharetta we will try a new hotel. There are many choices in the area.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Needs more trash cans in room and the pool area needed some work. It smelled unpleasant and needed ventilation. Complimentary breakfast and drinks were excellent. Overall i was satisfied

I love staying at Embassy Suites. Who doesn't love a complimentary cocktail hour and breakfast?! This is perhaps the best one I've ever stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet--even though there was a birthday party of children at the hotel during my stay. There's a mall down the street--a bit of a walk, or a quick $10 Uber. The only thing I was missing during my stay was a hot tub. It can take a while to catch a weekday morning Uber, so plan ahead. I stayed here while traveling for business, and I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with lots of options to choose from, just make sure you go early so you don’t deal with the crowds on the weekends.
The only negative issue was that the room vents were covered in dust and my allergies definitely flared up while I was there. Everything else felt very clean though.
