First room I was scheduled in hadn’t been serviced by housekeeping. Room key stopped working on multiple occasions. Front door access stopped when the sun went down.

I had a suite with a pleasant living area and a great work station with adjustable desk and chair!!! Actual comfort. Bathroom was small but it worked well including the shower head. Sink was outside the shower/toilet room, I like that and I think it is a great feature when more than 1 person is staying in the room. A/C control was good, no noise. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was super. Front desk staff very accommodating and pleasant. This was the top of the mid range hotel wish list.

Thanks to the tremendous staff who exceeded our expectations for our recent Youth Trip stay. Clean rooms and meeting space, delicious, hot complimentary breakfast with several options, comfy beds, and the best service imaginable.Shout out to Michelle, Karen, Steve, Ed, Felisha, KeKe and Alexus!

Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Property is clean, bedroom was nice and clean. Plenty of towels provided. We had an ok stayed. My boyfriend did not sleep well due to the noise from the a/c. Other than that it was a comfortable stay.
