Room was leaking water through the lamp, the surrounding outside the room very dirty, no towels, second room we were moved to due to the dangers of the water leak was in worse condition, main door jammed difficult to open, this was an emergency situation risk, bathroom very dirty, I wanted to asked for a refund wasn’t what I expected, loud music police was called, very poor housekeeping, definitely I don’t recommend this Hotel to friends or relatives, wish I could be refunded nothing I expected not condition to stayed there from a scale 1 through 10 I give them a 1.This hotel star rating Big 0.

Our room was not cleanly. There were multiple holes in the walls, paint peeling on all of the walls, burn holes in the lamp shade and the bedding, no remote, broken light switches or hooks, no trash can. No where when booking did the policy indicate a deposit fee was going to be held or a fee for using the internet. Very disappointed with our stay.

under going remodeling, a slow remodeling. The room didn't have a remote. I asked for a remote. They brought a remote while I was at dinner. You'd think they would make sure the remote would operate the tv. Well this dude's light may have been on, but nobody was home. The pool looked good though.

Hotel had no curtains on the windows just blinds. Had a TV but could not watch because there was no remote control. Bathroom toilet kept running water.

Front desk staff was friendly,when they were available. Booked 2 kings pool view. Was given 2 doubles on back side. Front desk changes rooms when asked. The bed in the second room was comfortable. Very noisy outdoors but it was new Year's eve.

The place overall is okay. The outside is under construction or remodel so it looks alil weird n shady on the outside. But once in my room I actually was shocked and impressed. My room was clean and didn’t have roaches or bedbugs. Didn’t have microwave plugged in and didn’t have batteries in remote control. The water was alil off but not discussing or anything. I was able to smoke without issues but had to be outside. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby.

Front desk was super nice and helpful. The problem was the room. It was very run down smelled like smoke and other stuff. Our room had 2 pillows for 4 ppl. No phone to call. It has a wall ac unit on the floor. The room didnt feel safe my kids didnt sleep the whole noght because they were scared. Room look like it was set up for bad thing to happen. Definitely would never stay there again
