We stayed in the hotel for one night, as part of a cycle tour through Puglia. The hotel room was decent and staff were friendly. The issue i had was that i left a kindle in the room when i checked out. I notified my tour guide who contacted the hotel immediately. The hotel claimed that an external company cleans the room and they could not get hold of them. After a day the hotel said they renumerate my loss. Having been back home for nearly 2 months, the hotel is not answering any of my communications.

I spent one night at Hotel Fuori Le Mura at the end of a bicycle tour around Puglia. The hotel is a fully modern facility with excellent rooms, a parking garage, and all the features you can expect from a modern high-rise hotel. I communicated with Antonio through email when arranging my booking. He was very helpful, professional, and informative. I was able to park my bicycle in the hotel's secure garage. When I arrived, my check-in was quick and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable. I had a solid fast internet connection. It was a medium-short walk to the 'old-town' section of Altamura, which is certainly worth a visit.

This Hotel is pretty and well located. It is modern, bedrooms are clean, spacious and well looked after. Breakfast is very good, and there’s also an underground private parking. I tried the restaurant on the ground floor, it was very nice, and food was quite impressive. Personnel were kind. On the other side, both hotel waitress and cleaning ladies were very rude. They treated me like a was a nuisance. Also there are downsides of having big conference rooms right next to the bedrooms. There’s people shouting and lots of noise till very late into the evening. Very annoying. I would recommend it, as it is quite good, nevertheless I’ll probably choose differently if I’d need a quiet place, and personnel caring about guests. Hotel would be one of the best I’ve been. All it takes is a little more attention to details.

Our car broke down as we were returning from Matera after midnight. A passerby notified the hotel miles away. The hotel van appeared and the driver arranged for a tow truck to a reliable garage and transported us to the hotel. The next day the hotel extended our checkout time and their van took us to our repaired car. Service like this is rare.

Buona posizione per visitare i dintorni di Altamura, comodissimo l'accesso senza passare dal centro e ampio parcheggio coperto. E' possibile arrivare alla vivace zona pedonale nelle mura con 15 minuti di passeggiata. Personale esperto ed educato. Junior suite ampia e molto pulita, letto comodo, buona climatizzazione, ampio anche il bagno con dotazione completa. Tuttavia ci sono mancanze per un hotel che vuole vantare 4stelle. Nessuna luce sui comodini, a richiesta mi è stata fornita una piantana molto fioca, insufficiente a leggere. Mancano gli armadi, sbarra e grucce (le odiose "antifurto") a vista, nessun cuscino supplementare (anche quello fornito a richiesta), le due coperte anch'esse su uno scaffale e senza involucro, mancanza di una macchinetta caffè o almeno bollitore, poche prese per la ricarica di telefoni/computer. La colazione è sufficiente, bevande calde e fredde da macchinette. Insomma un hotel d'affari, comodo anche per un turista che vuol girare in auto la zona, ma certo non memorabile. Qualità/prezzo accettabile.

Io e la mia fidanzata abbiamo scoperto questo hotel casualmente e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Innanzitutto siamo stati accolti con sorriso, disponibilità e gentilezza dallo staff che è venuto incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Oltre a tutto ciò, è importante sottolineare che l'hotel è molto pulito, dotato di ogni comfort e possiede camere ampie, moderne e molto pulite. Davvero comoda la posizione residenziale ma abbastanza vicina al centro. Un sentito grazie in particolare ai receptionist che sono stati davvero premurosi nei nostri confronti. Senza alcun dubbio lo consigliamo e contiamo di ritornarci al più presto.

Hotel a Altamura elegante e moderno. Fuori le mura di Altamura, stanze molto confortevoli e moderne Personale cordiale. Colazione discreta. Pulizia buona.,molto elegante la hall. Consiglio tanto se volete visitare la zona di Matera o Gravina. Bari é distante circa 60 km.
