This hotel has so much going for it. The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and just a short stroll to old town. The chic decor sets the tone, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. On our second night, we were even treated to a fireworks display outside our terrace that rivaled any we’ve ever seen—truly spectacular. That said, there were a few things that kept our stay from feeling five-star. The room description mentioned wine or champagne, but none was included; when I asked about it, I was told it was an extra charge. Communication was also a little hit or miss—I had to follow up twice for restaurant recommendations and never received an answer about breakfast options. We’d read from other reviews that fruit and pastries were sometimes offered in the common area, but during our stay they weren’t available. The furnishings, while stylish, leaned more toward design than comfort. The sofa was narrow with no armrests, and the terrace table wasn’t especially practical for relaxing or dining. Finally, the room would have benefited from some basic resources on local activities, which would have been helpful for planning. Overall, this is a beautiful property in a fantastic location with memorable moments, but some of the details and attentiveness fell short compared to expectations.

Lovely room. Comfy bed. Fabulous terrace with great sea view. Lots of bars and restaurants close by on the seafront and the old town bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Fantastic spot, the owner of this place was super friendly and helped me with everything from parking to even booking an extended stay. The balcony is breathtaking and worth every penny

Hostal Luxury Nit I Dia is definitely luxury. Everything new, a super comfortable bed, a great shower and a good sized fridge. Our room (“Benidorm”) had a huge terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking the promenade. Absolutely fabulous. We stayed for a week for a wedding, and we had several rooms booked for family members. It was absolutely perfect. On the first floor is a useful common area complete with freezer (useful for ice cubes), toaster, microwave, and bowl of fruit. Don’t be fooled by Google Street View, the place only opened in spring 2024, or by Google Maps Satellite, the promenade has since been pedestrianised and beautifully laid out. The owner, Pepe, was super attentive and very helpful in every respect, his English is good too. And the cleaning ladies were also very helpful and flexible. Highly recommended.

Enchanting Altea Absolutely suited my wife and myself, having breakfast i.e. cereal, on the terrace! Beautiful view from terrace! Convenient to walk to old town but many steps, might not suit everybody, with fantastic restaurants like Casa Vital and The Indian Elephant. Good base with bus and tram to see local area! Host Pepe very helpful!

Great location! Just had a really enjoyable long weekend in Altea, the apartment was ideally located on the sea front and was modern, clean and very well equipped. Only minor issue was the chairs on the balcony were small and uncomfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are planning to visit Altea.
