Nightcap at Millers Inn Reviews

Great venue and the sports bar staff were excellent!

I needed to find accomodation near work as I was rostered on for night shift and the Nightcap popped up on my search. The accomodation is close to the freeway and shops and also has a Bistro with Gaming room. I was offered a complimentary drinks voucher on arrival and the customer service was outstanding, my room was immaculate and the bed was super comfy. I will definitely stay here again if need be.

The staff were very helpful, and my family enjoyed the stay.

If I can choose for no star, I may give no star The women were talking too loud next my room around midnight. I reported to the manager three times but the problems wasn’t solved. So my family couldn’t sleep until the morning. There was noise from the fan (or some Machine), outside the room, but the manager can not do anything with that noise, can not turn it off, if someone have problems with noise for sleeping, I recommend do not stay here.

Very disappointed with my stay at this venue. I was there for 3 nights and after the first night I was looking elsewhere for accommodation. There was a knocking sound coming from the ceiling all night which was similar to Indian water torture, needless to say, had hardly any sleep. I approached the front counter in the morning to ask about the noise and was told that management are aware of the issue and they've had tradesmen checking it out. Apparently it has something to do with the new heating system in the games room and there is nothing that can be done about it. I asked if I could change rooms but was told it happens in all rooms, it wouldn't make a difference. Poor form Night cap, this should have been conveyed when the booking was made. The cleaners came through twice and on both occasions left the fridge door open which let my drinks warm up to room temperature. The first time it happened I had pizza in the fridge which had to be thrown out. These people couldn't even make the bed properly, leaving the sheets screwed up in the middle of the bed and just covering it over with the doonah. Never again will I go to a Night cap venue, it's obvious they have no care for the paying customers.

Found a cigarette bud underneath the bed but overall it was nice, clean and quiet
