Best Hotels in Altrip

First of all during this critical moments in the world due to the COVID 19 safety it’s out of great importance! This hotel has it, all personal where wearing masks and everyone is responsible. Very professional and friendly hotel personnel, I had a shower head problem and Hotel tech arrived in a min, replace it in the blink of an eye. I felt welcome safe and take good care of. With this review I would like to thank all the hotel stuff for doing such a great job and hope to see you again on my next booking.

Das Hotel kann mit Qualitäten glänzen wie kein Anderes. Zumal darf man bei einer Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass eine Stehlampe funktioniert, von 50 Prozent ausgehen. Des Weiteren wiesen die Handtücher nicht nur Flecken und Löcher, sondern auch einen köstlichen Duft von Arsch auf. Neben der architektonischen Missgestaltung des Hauses, besaß mein Bad eine stilistisch, klug, falsch eingesetzte Fliese. Ebenfalls traf ich, in diesem 10.000 cm^2 Bad, auf zwei weitere wunderschöne Überraschungen. Zum Einen durfte ich eine nutzlose, herausgeschraubte Armatur begutachten, zum Anderen traf ich in der Dusche auf vereinzelte entzückende Schimmelkolonien, welche mir ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberten. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat war ich erleichtert, dass ich nicht der Einzige mit einem Schaden bin, sondern auch die Wand meines Zimmers erquickte mich mit einem vorzüglichen Wasserschaden. Zugute kam dem Hotel einen, an meine Stube angeschlossenen Balkon, welcher mir einen Ausblick des Grauens bescherte. Denn der Innenhof, auf den ich blicken durfte, war von einer durchgehenden Grundbeschissenheit ausgestattet. Aber nicht nur negative Aspekte beschatten das Hotel, sondern auch ein einziger guter, nämlich das Personal. Dieses wies eine überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit auf, welche wahrscheinlich auf einer regelmäßigen Drogeneinnahme basiert. Durch die liebevollen Worte „ Danke Bruderherz“ des Personals und der wahrscheinlichen Drogenabhängigkeit, schließe ich auf einen Wohnsitz nahe des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofs. So kann ich dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, zumindest jedem der von seinen niedrigen Erwartungen enttäuscht werden möchte. Vielen Dank Best Western!

Mit positiven Erwartungen bin im Rahmen einer Tagung für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel gewesen; Ergebnis sehr ernüchternd. Betonen will ich gern daß das Personal ausnahmslos sehr angenehm und bemüht war. Das Zimmer war riesig, mit rechts alten Möbeln vollgestellt und überwiegend funktional. Es besteht definitiv ein deutlicher Renovierungsstau der so ziemlich Alles betrifft. Manches ist schlichtweg defekt (Toilettenpapierhalter fällt ständig runter, Garderobenhaken sind abgerissen, Aussenjalousie defekt etc.) und das Meiste ist völlig überaltert. Sauber war es. Unverschämt war daß mit der Begründung daß das Wetter zu unstet sei die Klimaanlage nicht zentral eingeschaltet war. Das Wetter war sehr konstant und von Tag zu Tag in Richtung 30 Grad wärmer. Mit der Klimaanlage wird geworben - hier ergo ein klarer Etikettenschwindel und eine Täuschung zulasten des auch dafür zahlenden Gastes. Meinen Kollegen in anderen Zimmern ging es genauso. Daher Mangelhaft und keinerlei Empfehlung !

This was a real surprise, we booked last minute a good price. The staff were 1st class smiley and efficient. The room modern and clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Plenty of vegetarian choices but ham on the bone and whole salmon for the meat eaters. We got a tram from the station which took 5 minutes.

We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!

We visited Heidelberg in juni 2022, and was originally only booked in at Qube hotel for 2 nights. As our travels to Heidelberg went alot smoother than expected, we called the hotel to see if we could book an extra night, so we had longer time to explore the City of Heidelberg. The guy i spoke to in the phone was very friendly and helpful, and spoke perfect english. He made a reservation for an extra night, in the same room as the following night. Check-in went smoothly, and the room was just perfect! As it was really hot when we visited Heidelbeg (+ 30 *C), we really appriciated the arcondition and the possibility to open af window. The room was very spacious, and so was the Bathroom. i think it is the first hotel i have stayed at, were it was possible to open the Bathroom window, which was really nice. We did not eat any meals at the hotel, but we visited the Bar a couple of times, and had the most fabulous cocktails. The Bartender( bar mamager) was very friendly! We had most of our cocktails at the Rooftop bar, and it was just perfect! Bahnstedt is a very unique area, and we enjoyed staying here. We would hihgly recommend this hotel for other guests.

We booked this hotel last minute to visit Heidelberg, we are in shock when we go to the room because the room are well prepared & its cold! have aircond in it! We love all things in the room. all well. room with balcony, aircond, smart home functions, big flat tv with nexflix, coffee machine, kitchen & utensils. its complete like a studio house. The receptionist also so friendly. there is mistakes from Trip.Com state check out time at 12 but actually is at 11. then we not ready because we think the time was at 12. then they came & gave us time to check out. all so good for sure we will come again to this hotel.

On recommendation, I booked the wheelchair room for one night by phone. A hotel, a small room with a double bed, 40 cm left to windows & heaters and 40 cm right to the wall and a large bathroom, heavenly roll-friendly. Even if with the toilet roller inaccessible in the back but otherwise good. How to get to bed with the wheelchair? Find another hotel at 20:00 Sunday? The anger was buffled by a student's over-required late service, who then called the boss to ask the advice, simply push the beds out, exchange the big lake for 2x new. We then received beds. In the night I need support when moving, a double bed therefore actually no alternative. In fact, then 4 hours sleep with the nose on the heat body. The negative feedback the next morning irritated; the beds could be stripped out without problems. They would always be done like that. And the bathroom is so large and really great accessible. Just with the note that you should in any case look at the rooms before, whether the room is suitable. If the recommender knows the room? But yes and problems would never have been there. It is convenient to arrive at the train station as soon as I leave the train station. Because I have a lot of luggage on hand, the front desk of the hotel gave me a room on the first floor to check in immediately. I can also wait for the room on the upper floor at 15:00. I prefer this arrangement, not every time. Bad room for China discount. Many choices are very magnanimous to treat each guest. Everyone at the front desk was so welcoming and the lady who received me was patient with everything I had. It's just that this room is a bit small, the room for two is only suitable for one person, I happen to be alone hehe😁

The hotel was undergoing an upgrade so the room we checked in to was new and refreshed. The hotel cafe had a good spread for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations to visit around the area. Volk was particularly helpful.
